Deer Processing

We offer boneless cutting of your deer. There is no saw cutting everything is done by hand. Every deer is done individually and you receive your own deer meat back, even your own ground. We don't mix anyone's deer with another's.

• Tenderloin

We also have a full line of sausages available priced per pound:

• Summer sausage- with our without cheese
• Ring bologna
• Deer sticks- with or without cheese
• Jerky
• Breakfast sausage
• Bratwurst


Hand cut and individually labeled by cut, this image shows the average amount wrapped from one deer.

Individually double wrapped, which is a film(plastic) wrap long with the white butcher paper, this helps prevent freezer burn to meat.

The packages then are placed in bags, labeled and frozen. You get your own meat back.
